What do pulling pieces of metal out with pieces of your wisdom tooth in a dream mean?

I've had the pulling teeth dream many times before, and have come to recognize it as a warning that I'm going about something all wrong and need to change either my approach or direction entirely. But this dream only my back right top wisdom tooth was filled with pieces of wire which i pulled with no pain or blood just a little soreness, along with pieces of the tooth. I'm stuck on what this means!
