How soon in pregnancy can you experience the tugging behind the belly button symptom?

I have the sore boobs (associated with both pg and periods for me), but yesterday I had a tugging sensation behind my belly button. Trying not to get my hopes up too much 'cause it's still too early to test and I think that symptom happens later than that? Anyone had it REALLY early on in pg?

2. no there is no way that that is to do with pregnancy, they placenta(and baby) dont get up towards the belly button until (if i remember right from my first) about 5 or 6 months. thats not a symtom. ur belly button my get kicked when the baby is bigger, but its not a tugging feeling. wait to take a test, but thats not a sign, sorry
